I am working with a 2000 IVS. I have 3 lines sharing a v-mail box on an AVST CallXPress server. The extension which matches the box number and the first alternative extension provide the message waiting light, the second alternative box does not. It does show "MESSAGE" on the display. The light does flash when the phone rings, so I don't think it's a problem with the light itself. I have checked command 1303 and it is set to 0 on all three lines. The checkbox to display the MWI light is checked on the CXP server. Any help would be appreciated.
