Question Replacing Mail Access

Hi.
Long time no speak!

We are looking at hardware end of life replacement across our campus, and at the top of my list I have Meridian Mail.

We currently have two 96 port Mail systems on our 4 81c's. One is used for Voice Mail and Voice Forms, the other is used purely for Mail Access in Symposium.

My question is, while Call Pilot is an obvious candidate to replace Mail, what solutions have other people used (and found successful)?

I have asked BT and Nortel the same question. So far the options include Call Pilot, an IVR Application or MIRAN.

For info, we have between 170 and 200 messages recorded in Voice Prompt Editor per site, and circa 400 Voice Mail users per site..

Any feedback is greatly appreciated, and will be rewarded with a beer on Friday evening (n.b. the beer will actually be consumed by me, but I will be thinking of you! ).
