They will play in whatever order you set the
MP3 player to play. By licience I was refering to
music port licenses, but you probably have
conference loops, so don't worry about it. Above is
how it is done for music on hold while you wait on
an ACD queue. I am not certain how you get music
when someone simply puts you on hold and where
you choose the music route, but I would
like to find out. |
