| Scripting for SCCS 4.2 We're currently running SCCS 4.2 and I'm looking to get training for Scripting. Would Global Knowledge's 0326C (Nortel Contact Center - Manager Scripting 1, Release 6.0) be adequate, or are there way too many changes for it to be useful? The best solution would be upgrading to 5 or 6 but that's not an option right now.... |
