| Actually call logging was available on the 5000 much before 2.3, 1.2 seems like that is correct. You can download the cph log or use the System monitor application in the 5000 program group. This will pull either an error log or smdr log via IP and is very quick. As long as the system is setup for the system monitor app this would be much quicker and would provide the data in the smdr log that you are looking for. FYI if the smdr log shows an asterisk after the call this means the remote user hung up first.
