Thanks for that.
I deleted the extention and also the mailbox. Created the extention 5224 again when creating it, I was prompted to associate to the extention to the mailbox 5224 again. Made sure that the mailbox 5224 was removed from the Voice Processor (Which is was)
So associsated it with the extention again started up the phone (Note We are using Softphones Inter-Tel 8602
This is from the voicemail logs.
[26540 1-31-2008 19:28:36 LAMPS]Turning off lamp for x5224 (mb5224 - 0)
However the phone is still displying 3 messages
Just cant fingure this out. As I said the extention isnt associated to any other mailboxes |
