I have 5220 and 5340 IP phones on my system. All 5220 can program any type of forward. When I try activate the profile to be able to do any type of forwarding on any of the 5340, I get a message saying "The activation of your call forwarding profile failed" Both type of phone are using the same COS.

Any ideas??
