Hi All,

I have a user who is pompted that he has 3 messages. When the user logs into the his mailbox he does not have any messages present.

I have checked the DB and he only has the one mailbox associated to the extention.

Checked the Subscriber Stats of the mailbox and Number of New/Saved messages = 0

I have also done the tedous task of going through all the mailboxes on the voice proccessor and there are no other mailboxes associated to the extention.

Any Ideas?
