| There is 5 eslc cards installed on the second cabinet that say they are in service, how many of these are really there, if there is not 5 cards delete the ones that are not there. pre install the cards you want to install and them plug them in.
the error codes mostly coming up is the 230 code card not installed properly for slot 2 and 3 on the second cabinet the 90 code is for the second cabinet over-all ( too many optional cards installed)
the 230 code could also show faulty back plane on second cabinet
What size psu do you have in the second cabinet?
are you pre installing the card before you plug them in and what does the light on the card do
