| Hi, Keep all the original settings & chg only the 6403 cmd to Call/Hotel CIL3 Hotel. Activate the I/o port & chk on Hyper or the Call billing S/w... Make sure that u activate the log for inc calls to Yes... Also,Dont u hv a help system in the BMS suite...It shd give u all the details... Abt the Error...Before changing the format,pls disable the port & do then chg it... One I tried w/o disabling the same,the system restarted... Hope this helps... Thanks, Adolf |
