According to a few people on that Technet board, it's no go for Mitel and OCS for a month or so, at least.

"as far as I know has Mitel announced following OCS PBX coexistence scenario to come in Spring 2008:
- pc to phone support (sip trunk from ICP 3300 to Mediation Server without GW)
- LBG 3.1 for Telephony status and RCC
- using mobile extension technology to "fork" calls from 3300 ICP to Communicator 2007
