| Newbie questions, PRA to FRA Hi, We have a MD110 phone system. Up until now I've not had to do anything with it, as it was set up , and works for what we need it for. It's connected via a PRA (32 line) to our telco, and we utilise 100 number range. We're downgrading our PRA to a FRA (16 lines) with our telco. The telco is going to look after this for us, and it will be done at their exchange. They said that no further work will be needed at our end. Our MD110 support people seem to think that the MD110 will need reprogramming and that it may need a new card, but our telco guy says this should not be the case. Is it possible they are both right? Any insights greatly appreciated. Thanks, def |
