Should I put an XMWK 4549 4358? Which should alleviate this problem?

On another set, the 2216, she has her pdn 5000 and a rollover 5001. The mailbox on call pilot is 5000 with 5001 listed under 5000s mailbox. She also has the problem with the light on but no messages, and often her light doesn't go out. Any ideas there?
