I am NOT impressed with OTM. The OTM client is slow because it sucks up massive resourses plus it crashes. The traffic studies do not give useful info. We were promised so much before we purchased it, now we realize it is MAT with a facelift. If you have a complex environment or multiple call centers, I would not recommend OTM. If you are used to working directly on the switch with a product like Procomm, you will find OTM restrictive and frustrating. |
