Question call back modems

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew about call back modems. At the moment we dial into a normal Telenetics modem, for our remote locations. For security measures, we use dedicated 964 lines which are programmed to a specific customer group. This allows numbers from other customer groups to be unable to call into that custgrp. Does this sound like a pretty suitable means of security? At the moment we are messing around with General DataComm V.F 28.8 call back modems. I beleive these modems have to be programmed through the hyper terminal.

Any suggestions

Thanks in advance
