Hey R4 I found this in the R12 Bus Features manual. Under Software Line Appearance.

The system can support up to 512 Dterms, up to 956 IP Enabled Dterm and up to 1020 SOFTWARE
LINE APPEARANCE.
However, the combined total of Dterms, IP Enabled Dterm and SOFTWARE LINE APPEARANCES
must not exceed 1020. (Series 3400 software enhancement)
