| The MWL can also be activated by another user who has sent a message to this telephone.
If the phone in question has a display, press the Menu button and select Messages from the display. Select Delete to delete the message, press Next Message if there are more to view.
A menu button isn't available on 4400 and 4406 phones. And in that case, you simply dial #54 to read the message, #28 for the next message, and #26 to delete.
With MLX sets, you can use the display menu or the FEATURE button and the above codes (without the poundsign). In other words, touch the FEATURE button and then dial 54 to read the message, etc. |
