I have experienced seeing the message. This happened right after I went from NN_SCCS_5.0_SU_06_S and sub PEPs up to NN_SCCS_5.0_SU_07_S plus sub PEPs.

The message format fits the current format for the Event Codes format. The display of the event code in the SCCS 5.0 System Monitor display and logs looks like it is in line with Nortels effort to provide an increased amount of status detail in the Event Code message.

I had saved an old screen shot of my SCCS 5.0 System Monitor display and was able to compare an old and new example. Below are the images that I saved so you can see what I have seen.
