| Call timers
I have a situation where when calls are made via an extension the call will ring and ring until answered. But if the call comes into the same extension via it's DID or into the main number and is then transferred to an extension the phone will only ring twice before being directed to voicemail.
How can I increase the ring time on the calls that come in via DID and outside calls that are transferred to an extension?
