| Go to Voice Administration - Voice Services Adm9inistration - Voice Services - DN table. Add a Voice Service DN (Access DN and ID should be matched for less confusion), as service select MS (VM service). Than go back to Voice services and select Voice Menu Definitions - add a definition with the same ID (DN - ID matched prior) . Define the keys you need for express messaging (EM) and set up the mailboxes you want to reach from this menu. You have to create sub menus in case you need more than nine mailboxes for your case.
