| VoIP Acceptance Testing
I have been asked to compile an acceptance testing document for when we deploy our new VoIP environment.
This would be more for the call servers, gateways, end user sets, etc... The network environment is being looked at by another group.
Has anyone gone through this that would be willing to share information?
