From AA I dial 'O' to call extension w/call cov grp. 1 in cov path 1 In my call cov - p1 = ext att., p2 = ext w/bridged app on sets. calls ring as they should but go back to att. no matter what I put in p3. If your first point in the coverage path is an attendant, that is where the call will go. no option after that will work. Also I can't seem to control the rings inside the cov grp. That is correct, you cannot change the number of rings in cover answer group. 3. Please see my other thread. If you can show me the way - I owe you big time....
