| 1. The trace stops when it's on an active call. Not sure where the timeout for the buffer is. 2. The only way to get a call to access a specific trunk group is to program the Trunk Access Code TAC (if the trunk allows it to be used) before the number. Don't use the Feature Access Code (9) in front of the number. 3. Not sure why the calls are going back to your attendant unless the attendants number is in the cover path. the number of rings per coverage is in the newer version of Avaya, I believe. I don't think version 9 has that capability to tell how many rings per pick. |
