Disconnect issue

Dear All;
I'm a Contact Center Engineer working on a Nortel Meridian oprion 11 and using the symposium as the call flow administration server , the work force team asked me to deny the agents from disconnecring the line so the agent shall wait until the caller disconnects the line him/her self how can i do this ????
