| Yes, the main prompt was not playing, "thanks for calling....press 1 for... press 2 for...". it immediately went to a prompt to leave a voice mail. Fortunately, the installing company got back to me and fixed it that night. I know the tech was trying to get into the Linux back end because he couldn't diagnose/fix it from the front end. He ended up getting in touch with NEC for support. I'm waiting for an explanation as to how this might have happened and how we can avoid it in the future. I also want to know what they did to fix it.
