| NEC makes an adapter that plugs into the phone that gives a IP phone access to a local POTS line.
The issue is it is not very user friendly.
You have to run a second line cord to the adapter, then to use the POTS line you have to push a button on the adapter and relocate the handset from the telephone to the adapter.
Not functional at all.
