| It would be so helpful if Nortel improves Attendant console features and working like Redial, some display of extensions and Trunks (individual)....though 2250 have some very good features but when it comes to customer/operator it isnt that good. Also Nortel should change console physical display i mean it looks like a dumb box, Telecom market is now very dynamic you can find many vendors having many features and fancies specially with console...
