Connecting Dialer and Avaya S8500 - Line Side T1

Situation:Company purchased a dialer a long time ago.
The dialer supports T1's to go both to the world and to an attached PBX. They are Dialogic cards.

PBX is an S8500, CM4 SW, TN464HP cards, 356A adapters on two DS1 cards for line-side use.

The user logs into the dialer via a web interface, and tells it their extension (agent ID number). We need to get these talking so that the dialer can pick up and send 5 digits. That will establish a nailed-up link to the agent.

I have not setup a line-side T1 on a Definity in a long time (last one was in 1995 or 1996). If anyone has done this recently, I could use some pointers - expecially on making sure the Dialogic card is setup correctly.
