Any Product Recommendations for IVR + CTI
Does anyone have any product suggestions for IVR, CTI, outbound dialing, wait time annoucements?

We currently use
CS1000
Option 11c
Symposium Express 4.2
Call Parrot

I spoke with a Telus rep who said Nortel CCT toolkit 6.0 would not work with symposium express.
Sonata from chrysalis looks like it might be an option but I haven't heard of them before.

Any advice is appreciated
