| Phone Manger Pro dialing and screen-pop A recently installed IP Office 4.06 with PhoneManager Pro 4.0.20 seems to have a problem with Screen-Pop and dialing out by double clicking on a phone call listed on the IN or MISSED tabs. We dial a 9 to get an outside line. If a 9 is added to the PRI prefix then I can dial out fine from IN or MISSED, but the screen-pop quits working because non of my 4000+ contacts are listed with a 9. If I remove the 9 from the PRI prefix then screen-pop works just fine, but I can not dial out from PMP's IN or MISSED tabs. Dialing from Outlook works just fine because I can tell Outlook to add a 9 to all outside calls. Dialing from PMP's OUT tab works fine, because I had to enter a 9 to get an outside line when I manually dialled the phone number last time. Any suggestions? Matt |
