The IP-EXT cards are for Panasonic proprietary IP telephones only. You can only connect the NT265 or the NT136 telephones to them (including softphones).

These cards do not support SIP protocol (in the UK anyway).

If you want to use 3rd Party SIP extensions, you will need a KXTDE system, DSP card and SIP extn license keys.

If you want to install a Proprietary Panasonic IP extn on a remote location, you must do this via VPN. The phones will only connect on the same subnet and not by forwarding IP ports.

Make sure you can set up a VPN tunnel between your routers.
