I say its nice to have a "Ladies Room" so we can have decent conversations. Maybe tell a few jokes that do not include any female body parts. Also it gives the "boys" something to complain about.
It also gives us a chance to discuss possible gender barriers that we may face working in a generally male proffession.
Or maybe it is a conspiracy so the men get us all in one area and spy on our conversations? Who knows....
