| Strata DK240 Dropped Calls
I have a Toshiba Strata DK 240 at my place of business. Our secretary has been experiencing a lot of dropped calls lately. Someone will call in and she will answer. a couple of seconds later she will be disconnected. Our customers have been getting really agitated and I'm not sure what the problem is. Could it be something mechanically wrong with the phone? Or is it something with the system? I'm leaning more towards the phone as it just recently started happening. Any insight? |
