| No I believe that if you set a forward no answer on the pilot and the call hunts to an extension that doesn't have any call forwards set, the call will still forward on no answer to the destination set on the pilot. I'm not sure about the busy scenario but it should be easy enough to test. Just set up a 2-3 extn group and play with it. |
