You get a miscalled state when the analogue set does not sent back a release acknowledge during the end of a communication. As a result the PBX can not verify in which state the set is and it is placed in miscall state. This usually appears in faxes and modems. If you make a reset of the set the miscall state should be removed. If yes then you need to speak with the provider of the analogue sets. |
