After hours you can try to reset your CCS server. The server should reconnect to your Call Processing Card or CT Gateway and pull down the database with the new users.

If this is a networked system do an export/import.

You can also input the users in the server database automatically.

The CCS servers uses an mdb database, it you know how to crack and use mdb files go to it.

Your system should have imported them in by the next day. Since it is using OAI the new users should have notified the CCS server immediatley. If you are using a CT Gateway, check what version you are running. There were some changes in the OAI commands between some of the newer versions.

One last thing....you can try and do a "Back up database". This is different then saving the DB. The command writes the recent DB changes to the secondary RAM that holds the master database. Inter-tel uses a dual ram process for the database. When you make changes to the system it writes it to the secondary ram, when the system gets a free second it updates the primary ram with the master DB.

Hope one of those suggestions works ....Good Luck
