I have been awarded the Telecom. position at my work. It fell into my lap as the previous employee moved up a position. I am a genuine newbie but I'm learning as I go. I've found this site very helpful and the members who contribute all are a huge part of that. I just wanted to say thank you for the great resource and look for my newbie questions to pop up from time to time. lol.
