I am installing a Tapit EX single user SMDR program on a PC connected to a 7.0 CICS. Everything is working, except I am getting no CLID on inbound calls, on the SMDR reports. Tech support at Trisys says there is a toggle on Norstars whether to send CLID on to the SMDR. You know the portion of programming where you pick SL-1 or Norstar format, etc... ? I have worked with it many times on the BCM and I think I have even worked with it on a MICS, but I cannot find that section of programming on the CICS. I have searched both the Sys Admin and Installer guide, not 1 word about SMDR or Call Accounting. What am I missing? Little help please. Thanks.
