Hi everyone!

I'm trying to get a PA to see when an extension has a voicemail.

I've added V then the user name of the extension I want the PA to know about, but nothing appears in the Phone Manager messages tab.

I've even tried an H then the user name, but still no good.

I can do this for hunt groups and I'm begining to wonder if it's only hunt groups that can appear within Phone Manager message tab and not individuals.

Can anyone help at all?
