Octel 250 - Type 0 with multilanguage Telephone Answering

Hi,

I have a friend who has a mailbox off a 350 (which we do not manage) and he gets multilingual telephone answering as an option. He can record an English greeting and a French greeting separately. The system will answer the call like this:

<Ring No Answer>
<Octel Click>
<User's Recorded Greeting in English> At the tone, please record your message. Once your message has been recorded, press 1. If you need assistance press 0.
<User's Recorded Greeting in French> Au signal, veuillez dicter votre message... yadda yadda. <beep>

and all prompts heard by the caller are in both languages. (Message recorded. Message Enregistre.)

I have been trying to reproduce this feature on my 250 and on our Centrex 350 but to no avail. The 250 refuses to do it (TA Language 1: 1 2: 2) and the 350 will give me a menu instead, like this one:

You have reached an automated voice message system. To hear instructions in English, dial 1. Pour des instruction en francais appuyez le 2.

Am I missing something in the system config menus or is this feature version-dependant? Any ideas?
