Flash voice mail delay
Hello All - I have a client with Flash VM 2.0 on a CICS. They just reported the top attorney has recently experience delay in getting his VM indication. The example is he received a voice mail at 12:30 and his light did not light up until around 5:30.

Is this a common problem? Does anyone know the reason? Most importantly does anyone know how to fix it?
