| Could you be a little more specific about the "have to dial 1 to get to the operator?". As far as I know, all Call Pilots will be directed to the Attendant position, on the Greeting Table gui page or under the Greeting Table via telset programming, when the caller presses "0" or it times out. This is a default (no programming needed) function. Are you saying that sometime, after a caller has been answered by the call pilot, that 0 does not work? Maybe there are some regional differences on the call pilot. |
