Ok, you confused me by saying type 31 caller's menu and type 34 transfer mailboxes because those are not Definity choices.

Just to make sure we are talking about the same thing. Your incoming 800 number is pointed to a DNIS of 4147 and you have programmed a station with the number 4147 assigned to it, correct? Now you want to have that station cover to a hunt group or station with the number 2400 on it, are we still talking about the same thing?

If I have restated your problem correctly, what you do is create a cover path with an end point of 2400 in it and then assign that cover path to the the station 4147. If you never intend to answer calls at 4147 then you can make the port an "x" and then all calls will immediately follow the cover path.
