| I am new to telecom support but am quite positive this is Definity - when I log in through ProComm - it says: system G3rV9; if I do not use ProComm, I use Definity Site Adminstrator Release R1.5.05 build on Oct 7, 1999 Now, here is my problem: 800# to endpoint 4147; when I try to modify 4147 and give it a cover path to my Caller's Menu (2400) - then dial the 800#, I get a busy signal -- How do I connect 4147 to my caller's menu?
