| Here's another spin, forward Mary's extension to Jane. This will handle the live calls. To forward Mary's VM to Jane's VM, add a line to the auto routing table in the Audix (I'm assuming that you have an Intuity Audix system) to route to Jane's VM extension. When Mary comes back, remove the auto routing entry.
