connect caller's menu to 800# endpoint
Avaya system; an established 800# connecting to endpoint number at an Administrative desk has gotten busy; we established a Type 31 Caller's Menu and Type 34 Transfer mailboxes; the Caller's Menu (2400) works but now I need to connect the Caller's menu to the endpoint number (4147) which is also one of the options. Tried a cover path but it didn't work.
Any thoughts?
