I went to the customers site to evaluate this better. I found that two sets can pick-up and talk on the same ringing DN. For example, a call comes in to the DN programmed on KEY 0 on one set and KEY 8 on another. Both pick up at the same time and instead of one cancelling the other, they can both talk to the calling party which by default shouldn't happen |
