If you have an ACS, Release 6 or 7 you can forward an extension to an outside number. If you have a Partner Plus, Partner II, or ACS from 1 through 5, it's a no-go.
That's probably why you were originally set up with the "leave a message in the mailbox, and someone will be paged" senario. |
oh ok, thats fine, i wasn't sure if you understood 100% or not what i was trying to do. i went from one topic to another. however, you are probably right, if it could have been done, it would have been setup like that long ago...
