| Unless you have "Centrex" service from your phone company, that allows you to "flash" and transfer a caller to an outside number, and disconnect leaving the two calls connected (which is different than 3-way calling), you will not be able to do that. That's probably why the caller is directed to a mailbox that notifies someone of the message. However, remember that the outcalling number can be a telephone, so instead of calling back in to get the message, you can log right in and listen when you get notified. |
