| 3300 VM trans to a mobile
Hello all, right, 3300 V8. User has set VM box up so when you hit VM, you have an option of dialing 2 to ring the users mobile. At first not working at all (looping back to VM) now, after changing VM options form, enabled external divert, call gets around 8 second of on hold after a brief pause, then the shortest of ring tone on the mobile then call reverts back to VM, changed recall timers on VM box, the extn, and also the VM options recall timer. Still the same.
ALso COS on all parties has public trunk to public trunk and also external divert. Any ideas????
